Protecting the client’s interest is the focus of our service: We work for you the buyer, and only you! When purchasing a home, you are making one of the largest financial commitments of your life. Our goal throughout the inspection is to inform & educate, so you can make the right decision. Your presence is strongly advised.
There is more to a home than appearance. All interior and exterior components of the home, from yard grading to ridge vents, will be thoroughly inspected and evaluated. Maintenance and repair suggestions will be given throughout the inspection. A detailed report will be discussed and given to you immediately after the inspection. We are also available to you at no charge for any future consultation regarding your home.
